Somehow they managed to cram a Home depot, Save On Foods, Winners/Homesense, Starbucks, Canada Trust, and several other shops, plus a bunch of rental live/work apartments with a small garden/park in the middle, all into one city block. Very interesting concept!

This is pretty cool. Wpg's concepts when it comes to buildings don't come anywhere close to these. I guess when you have endless flat spaces all around you, creativity is not such a necessity.
