Yesterday we went to the Olympic Oval to see our Canadian speed skaters in action, at a trial event for the World Cup season. It's a spectacular building, and the skating is even more spectacular! Such speed! Such grace!

I don't know if I'll be going to any of the events, but I will be volunteering for the Olympics, as a driver, taking people (most likely sponsors, VIPs, and officials, and maybe a few athletes) to Whistler.
