Wow, it's been a week since we got back to Vancouver!! I've been meaning to do one last Montreal post, but kind of felt like that would make the whole thing go 'poof', as if the last year was just a dream.
Our last evening was spent having dinner at the same patio restaurant where our year began, and then meeting up with friends to take in some of the jazz festival.
"Fitz & the Tantrums" was the show we went for. The sky was threatening rain all evening, but it held off, though it was rather cool for a midsummer's eve.
Some graffiti artists were at work nearby - pretty amazing talent.
It's been an incredible year, and we're so glad to have had this opportunity! The memories will last a long, long time.
Arriving in Vancouver, to some tumultuous skies. Then we unpacked our suitcases, and brought out a week worth of gorgeous summer weather - everyone was quite happy with us!
And a bit of randomness - just a quirky little scene near Jenn's studio. Not quite enough room for a lawn chair!

Ah but you could play a miniature game of bocce there. :)
Welcome home. Thanks for the lovely intro to Montreal.

Hope you're enjoying being back home. And I'm sure you'll always look back (@ Montreal) with fond memories! Maybe you're next work project will take you to Saskatoon, or Regina or something equally exciting!!!! jim
Or Winnipeg - we've got lots of building projects in the works!
Nice conclusion - I liked the au revoir sign, and the fact Jenn was actually on a picture.
