This is a foretaste of my next month's challenge - yes, I've decided to keep going, as I've very much enjoyed getting in the habit of being aware of what's around me.
For the next month I'll be shooting buildings - new, old, good, bad, big, small, under construction, being demolished - the only requirement is that it catches (and holds) my eye.
Anyone else think of a theme they're interested in?
(by the way, this only begins once the original 30 days is up)

Nice one! And yes, I agree to stepping it up a notch. I just have to think of a theme. Ellen will like the building one (throw a few sunsets into it anyway).
I love blue buildings.
Hate to say it, but after tomorrow, I'm done. Loved lots of things about it, but I need to free up some mental space. Maybe I'll resume the challenge another month, preferably in summer. I am very happy that you guys are continuing though; love the theme idea. If I was continuing, I think I would try taking a photo of a different person every day. Next time.
If I finish 30 days, I'll surprise myself.
Ellen, you're exempt from the challenge anyway, just because you got us going on it - I think that's good enough! Love the idea of the people...
Photos of people are a bit trickier re: copyright, unless (a) you know them and they're OK with their photo on the Web, or (b) they're not distinguishable. Not that it's likely anyone will take close-ups of strangers.
BUT, if the stranger was really cute...
true, true
