Flight

Highlight of the day yesterday? Got to go flying with my boss, in his home-built plane (on which I helped do a little bit of the riveting).

We flew across the border, to do a couple of laps around Mount Baker. It was spectacular!!

Mount Baker is a dormant volcano, but has a small vent - it wasn't active yesterday, but it does give off some sulfurous steam. The colours of the various kinds of rock and ice were very interesting.

Awesome! Did you negotiate flights into your return-to-work package? Or maybe your boss did, for the great pics!?

Just when you think you've seen everything...Dan comes up with new way cool photos. I agree with the assessment of the two women above. But, um, I'm worried about Jim's hallucinations.
