Last Saturday, we took a trolley ride around the West End neighbourhood of downtown Vancouver. We ended up at St Paul's Hospital, where every year they put up an enormous display of lights.
At one of the stops, we came across this dried fruit & nut store - love the way they're displayed!
Sunday afternoon, we dragged ourselves out of our cozy home, and went to North Vancouver to visit Capilano Suspension Bridge, to see their light display.
They've got a few walkways through the forest and along the edge of the cliffs, and one of them suspended in the trees.
Jenn was very brave, and even did this walkway, which is suspended from the face of the cliff, hanging out a couple hundred feet above the creek bed below!
They've got what's billed as the world's tallest living Christmas tree - at 152' tall, who's going to argue!?
We were very impressed with the park, and plan to go back a few times in the coming year, and as local residents, our admission price includes a year membership - should be good to see the river below in spring, with the snow-melt running!

Wow, gorgeous! I can't imagine how they get all those lights on the bridge.
