The first of the Building photos - this is part of the first project I started working on in my current company 2 1/2 years ago. The owner wants to restore the building and add a new 9 storey part in behind it, where the two-storey yellow part is and extending further back in the parking lot. Something like this has to go through TONS of levels of permits and hearings. And, not surprisingly, the artists who currently rent the building are rather reluctant to let go. Maybe it'll never happen anyway.
We had a mini blogger party this afternoon - I barged in on Siobhan and Jennifer's meet-up. They were kind enough not to call security.
