Wasn't there talk at one time of something being built near your building that would obstruct your mountain view? Glad that hasn't happened... gorgeous.
Actually, when we moved in, there was a 3-storey apartment building that took up the whole width of the lot across the alley, and was just high enough that it blocked the entire view of the mountains. Not long after we moved in, they demolished the building, and put up a 12 storey condo building, but it only takes up about 1/2 the lot, and is pushed over far enough that we can see the mountains past it!
